Ian qualified as a financial planner in 2016. Ian had been interested in investments and wealth protection and management for a number of years, personally managing his own pensions and investments, which was ultimately the driving force in him deciding to qualify and apply this knowledge on a professional level.

Ian is a family man with extra mouths to feed, a mortgage to service, needs to protect and a pension to grow and, as such, his own family’s needs and goals help him to relate to the needs and goals of his clients.

He is qualified to offer advice on pensions, investments, mortgages (including equity release) and protection and is therefore well positioned to look at the “big picture” and offer advice in a wide range of areas.

Ian can help you with:

The value of pensions and investments and the income they produce can fall as well as rise. You may get back less than you invested.

Your home may be repossessed if you do not keep up repayments on your mortgage.

Equity Release will reduce the value of your estate and can affect your eligibility for means tested benefits.

The FCA do not regulate buy to let mortgages.
